Our Philosophy
My name is Eva Gracia, RN — and I've spent 28 years watching people fight to get their lives back. As a critical care nurse, I've been at the bedside through some of the most difficult moments a human being can endure. I've seen what it takes to recover — truly recover — not just survive. That experience shaped everything about how I view healing, wellness, and the tools that make both possible.
Our Commitment
Every product in our collection has been curated through the lens of 28 years in healthcare and a lifetime of athletic recovery. I've been an athlete my entire life — and I've had the injuries to prove it. I don't carry anything I wouldn't use myself — and many of these are products I use every single day. From infrared and traditional saunas to cryotherapy chambers and cold plunge systems, each piece was selected for its efficacy, its craftsmanship, and its ability to deliver real results.
