Shipping policy

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we will start our fulfillment process. Processing times vary depending on the item and current order volume. Transit times also vary by item — most in-stock items arrive within 5-7 business days, though transit on large, high-ticket items (such as saunas, cold plunges, and cryotherapy chambers) that ship via freight carrier can take several weeks.

Order Shipment:

At EGVIRTUAL LLC (Luxe Vida Wellness) we will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at support@luxevidawellness.com

Shipping Options

• Shipping is not included in the listed price of our products. Shipping costs vary by item, size, and destination, and applicable shipping fees will be calculated and added to your order total before you complete your purchase. Our base "Curb-side" Pickup option typically takes between 5-7 days to arrive at your doorstep after your order is submitted. Additional delivery options are available for some products. Please contact us for more information about these prior to ordering.
• Threshold Shipping: This involves the item being brought onto your porch, or into a sheltered/garage area.
• White Glove Delivery - this includes the item being brought into your room of choice, minor assembly (including saunas), and all boxes and packaging removed from your house!
