Shipping policy

At Luxe Vida Wellness, we want you to know exactly what to expect before you buy. Every product page shows how that item ships, and your shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay. Free USA shipping on most orders. Any exceptions will be clearly stated on the product page and at checkout. Orders placed by 5 PM Eastern on business days are processed in 1 to 3 business days.

Where We Ship
We ship within the contiguous United States only. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or outside the U.S.

Shipping Costs
Shipping depends on the product and is shown on each product page:

• Free Shipping: Most saunas, cold plunges, massage chairs, red light devices, and compression products ship free. Look for "Free Shipping" under the Add to Cart button.
• Flat-Rate Freight: Some large items have a set freight fee (for example, $950 or $1,995 per item), shown on the product page and charged at checkout.
• Regional Freight: Some large commercial items have freight based on your delivery region, calculated automatically at checkout.
• Freight Quoted: For select specialty and commercial equipment, freight is not included at checkout. We will contact you with your exact delivered cost after your order. Call 954-674-8133 anytime for an estimate.

Delivery Times

• Smaller items typically arrive in 5–10 business days.
• Large and freight items typically arrive in 2–6 weeks, depending on the product and your location.
• Made-to-order and pre-order items ship on the timeline shown on the product page.

Tracking information is emailed once your order ships.

Freight Delivery
Large items ship by freight carrier. The carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. Standard freight delivery is curbside: the item is unloaded from the truck to your curb or driveway. Moving the item inside, unboxing, assembly, and packaging removal are not included unless you purchase white glove service.

White Glove Delivery & Installation
White glove delivery (placement in your room of choice, assembly, and packaging removal) is available for many products. Pricing depends on the product and location. Call 954-674-8133 for a quote.

Inspecting Your Delivery
Please inspect your delivery before signing for it. If you see any damage, note it on the delivery receipt and contact us with photos right away at support@luxevidawellness.com.

Missed or Refused Deliveries
If an item is shipped to a location that cannot accept delivery, you will be responsible for arranging pickup from the carrier's terminal, along with any storage, redelivery, or other related fees.

Cancellations
Once your order has entered production or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

Returns
Most returns include a free return shipping label. See our Refund Policy for details.
