Primal Plunges Pro Chiller | 1/2 HP Cold Plunge Chiller

We ship within the contiguous United States only (not Alaska or Hawaii). Shipping costs vary by product and are shown above or at checkout. For items marked "Freight Quoted," freight is not included in the price and we will contact you with your exact delivered cost after your order — call 954-674-8133 for an estimate anytime. Large items ship via freight with curbside delivery; white glove delivery may be available on request.

Please inspect your delivery for damage and contact us with photos right away if you spot any. Once your order has entered production it can no longer be cancelled. Our standard 30-day return policy applies after delivery, subject to the applicable terms and conditions. If an item is shipped to a location unable to accept delivery, you will be responsible for arranging pickup from the carrier's terminal, along with any applicable storage, redelivery or other associated fees.
