Shipping & Returns
We ship within the contiguous United States only (not Alaska or Hawaii). Shipping costs vary by product and are shown above or at checkout. For items marked "Freight Quoted," freight is not included in the price and we will contact you with your exact delivered cost after your order — call 954-674-8133 for an estimate anytime. Large items ship via freight with curbside delivery; white glove delivery may be available on request.
Please inspect your delivery for damage and contact us with photos right away if you spot any. Once your order has entered production it can no longer be cancelled. Our standard 30-day return policy applies after delivery, subject to the applicable terms and conditions. If an item is shipped to a location unable to accept delivery, you will be responsible for arranging pickup from the carrier's terminal, along with any applicable storage, redelivery or other associated fees.

The Cryo Innovations XR Cryo Plunge Acrylic Window Cold Plunge is the most visually commanding cold therapy investment in its class — a premium cold plunge engineered as much for its striking aesthetic presence as for its performance credentials. The signature acrylic window panel transforms what is typically a closed, opaque vessel into a dramatic display of purpose and design, creating a statement wellness installation suited to luxury home recovery rooms, elite spas, and high-end athletic facilities. It is the cold plunge that earns its place as a centerpiece, not an afterthought.
Beneath the distinctive exterior, the XR Cryo Plunge Window delivers the same proven Cryo Innovations engineering: a built-in water chiller that maintains precise cold temperatures without the complexity of an external unit, advanced ozone filtration that keeps water crystal-clear and chemical-free between sessions, and a two-step installation process that requires no specialist contractors. A premium contoured headrest and a three-month supply of non-chlorine water treatment chemicals are included, ensuring the experience is impeccable from the very first session. Available in Standard (up to 5'9") and XL (5'9" to 7') with virtual setup training available on request.
